
The latest gossip is that Samsung plans to release only one smartphone with an edge screen next year that's most inclined to be a Galaxy S7 variant.
Samsung's Galaxy S6 Edge became so popular the company was recently forced to publish the Galaxy S6 Edge Plus. But, a report claims Samsung will release just one Edge smartphone in 2016 that will probably be a Samsung Galaxy S7 variant and that the demand for smartphones with a curved screen has been decreasing.
Samsung Galaxy S7 Rumours
Samsung will allegedly offer the Galaxy S7 in two versions using a regular screen as well as a double -edge display, meaning it is not going to establish the Galaxy S7 Edge Plus. Previous reports had claimed that Samsung was developing two variants of the Galaxy S7 featuring different screen sizes of 5.2 inches and 5.8 inches.
There also have been reports of Samsung developing a new screen technology, that will enable the device to offer distinct functionalities based on its answer to various touch pressures, similar to the 3D Touch characteristic in the Apple iPhone 6S. Apple is also rumoured for preparing Apple iPhone 7 for Q3, 2016. Samsung is expected to introduce the new touch screen in the Galaxy S7 along with the Galaxy S7 Edge, releasing in 2016.
Samsung may also offer three different versions of the Galaxy S7 with three distinct central processing units, according to reports. Samsung is on course to launch the new Galaxy S7 earlier than customary in 2016 as well as the main smartphone is anticipated to arrive in February. Samsung is also preparing Galaxy Note 6 Smartphone. According to latest leaks Samsung can introduce Note 6 Smartphone by IFA 2016 event.
